Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, here at Boutique Emilie Bramly I've worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.
Boutique Emilie Bramly Return Policy
Something not right? No problem. Let me know and we’ll get it straightened out.
- Boutique Emilie Bramly do not currently offer exchanges - just refunds!
- Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. You know what I mean guys; keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
- Item(s) cannot be returned if the care label has been cut/removed.
- If you are returning bikini bottoms or ladies briefs, it must be in its original packaging, all tags still attached and the hygiene slip must still be in place.
- If you are returning socks, they must be in their original packaging and sealed.
- I do not accept underwear.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- You have 5 days from the date you received your items to make a return.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
Before to returns any product, make sure to discuss about it with me and I will give you all the instruction.
